How much is shipping?
Canada is free on all orders for standard shipping, or $20 express. Stallion Express is also available, priced at checkout. The United States is free standard from $100.
When will it arrive?
The carrier’s estimate shows at checkout. That date is not a guarantee. Stallion is usually about 2–5 business days in Canada, 2–4 to the United States, and 5–10 elsewhere.
Can I return a perfume?
Only if it is still sealed, unused, and not a sale price, within 30 days. Email first. Opened bottles cannot come back.
Is it authentic?
Bottles are sealed. The batch code is on the box. If it is wrong or damaged, email the same day with a photo.
How do I track an order?
Sign in on krystalfragrances.ca. The tracking note is attached to the order once it ships.
