- Sealed and unused, in the original box, with proof of purchase: 30 days after you receive it.
- Opened fragrance cannot be returned.
- A bottle already marked down, including Creed and Louis Vuitton, cannot be returned if you change your mind.
- Damaged, leaking, or the wrong bottle: email the same day with a photo. Those are replaced or refunded, even on sale.
If the return is accepted, the reply includes the label and the address. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of the bottle arriving back.
